How was your base building period after last season's efforts?
I took a long time off after Kona last year to get healthy again and get over some injuries. I went out to my favorite place in Spain (Aguilas) with my husband in December-January and then went back again in February -March where I was joined by some friends. I did not manage to start running again until mid way through(previous interview here)
