Ironman China kicks off on Sunday the 14th of March. Big names in the participants list are: Chris McCormack, Chris Mc Donald, Jozsef Major, Heather Golnick,Last year`s winners were Rasmus Henning(DEN) and Charlotte Paul(AUS) with Jozsef Major(HUN) in the 4th place.Conditions were very difficult which can be clearly seen by the run splits.

Rasmus Henning European Long Distance Champion was able to run a 3:38 marathon, although probably he did not push himself, since the best woman, Charlotte Paul ,beat him by a full 3 minutes!!Jozsef Major of Hungary ran a 3:49 marathon which shows the spartan heat and humidity, bearing in mind his great running abilities.
